Her first degree was in Religious Studies, where she specialised in Yoga and Tantric Traditions. That passion took her to a tantric ashram in Thailand, where she qualified as a yoga instructor, and the mind and body practices of the tantric framework have influenced her worldview profoundly ever since. She has also trained independently in Reiki to master level. These practices have allowed her to explore the energetics of the human body and the world around her, and have nurtured her ability to tap into the undercurrents of people, places, and situations to provide clear and accurate guidance.
